About Us

About NipponKits

⭢ An international company on a human scale

NipponKits started with a simple idea: anime football jerseys could be done with more respect—for the characters, the stories behind them, and the people who wear them.

In the early days, our designs weren’t perfect. Some ideas looked better on screen than on fabric. Some concepts didn’t work at all. But that trial-and-error phase is what helped us understand how anime culture and football aesthetics can truly coexist.

Today, we continue to draw inspiration from Japanese anime culture and the world of football, creating pieces meant for people who care about design, storytelling, and authenticity—not mass-produced merchandise.

NipponKits Organization

⭢ Our organization

An organization structured around real operational needs

As NipponKits grew, we realized that quality and reliability required a clear structure. That’s why our work is organized around three operational centers, each with a specific role.

  • United Kingdom – Commercial & Customer Support
Our customer service and order management are centralized in the UK to ensure clear communication, reliable follow-up, and fast responses.
  • United Kingdom & Japan – Design & Creative Direction
Our design work happens between the UK and Japan. This setup allows us to balance contemporary fashion influences with deep respect for anime storytelling and football culture.
  • Osaka, Japan – Production & Logistics
Production is handled by manufacturing partners in Osaka. Choosing the right factories took time, and not every collaboration worked at first. We now work with partners that meet our standards for quality, working conditions, and material consistency.

NipponKits Production Facility

⭢ Our team expertise

NipponKits has been developed since 2019 by a small team with a combined background in fashion, sports design, and visual storytelling. Our experience wasn’t built overnight—it came from years of experimenting, adjusting, and sometimes restarting designs from scratch.

Working with anime-inspired artwork on performance fabrics presents real technical challenges. Through testing and production feedback, we learned how to preserve detail, color depth, and comfort over time. Today, our jerseys are designed to maintain up to 95% color intensity even after extensive washing.

⭢ Our concept

The NipponKits Project

NipponKits exists at the intersection of two passions: football and Japanese anime culture. Instead of reproducing existing kits or classic merchandise, we focus on concept jerseys—designs that imagine anime characters as part of the football world.

What is an Anime Concept Jersey?

An anime concept jersey is an artistic reinterpretation, not an official replica. Each design explores an alternative vision: what if a character belonged to football culture? What colors, symbols, and stories would translate onto a jersey?

This creative freedom allows us to push boundaries, experiment with composition, and create pieces that resonate with fans of anime, football, and contemporary streetwear.

⭢ Our vision for the future

From our early work in Osaka to our expansion into the UK, NipponKits has grown gradually. We now ship worldwide, but our focus remains the same: thoughtful design, controlled production, and long-term quality.

Rather than chasing volume, we aim to refine our collections, improve materials, and continue learning from both successes and mistakes. Growth, for us, is about consistency—not shortcuts.
