Whether you are ordering a Japan football jersey, an anime-inspired kit, or a limited release, our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely and smoothly.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

During peak periods, limited drops, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

All orders include tracked shipping. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination country.

We proudly offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

Where available, express shipping options may also be offered at checkout for customers who would like faster delivery.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nipponkits.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.
