Returns & Exchanges – Shop with Confidence at NipponKits

At NipponKits, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something is not right, our team is here to help with a simple and clear return or exchange process.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Free from damage not caused by shipping or a product defect

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized or customized jerseys (including name, number, patches, or special custom requests)
  • Mystery Boxes
  • Final sale or discounted items clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used

3. Customized Jerseys

Because customized items are made according to your specifications, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started, unless there is an error on our side or a manufacturing defect.

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at contact@nipponkits.com. We can only make changes if the order has not yet entered processing.

4. Wrong Item, Defect, or Damage

If you receive the wrong item, or if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@nipponkits.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, exchange, or refund, and we will cover any return shipping costs related to our error or to a confirmed defect.

5. Size Exchanges

To help you choose the best fit before ordering, we strongly recommend using our Size Chart Calculator and detailed Size Guide available on the product page.

For non-personalized items, size exchanges may be available subject to stock and item condition.

Items requested for a size exchange must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Unless the exchange is required due to an error on our side, return shipping costs and any shipping costs related to the size exchange may apply.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, email contact@nipponkits.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your request
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you the return instructions.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item sent by NipponKits
  • A confirmed manufacturing defect
  • A damaged item caused before delivery is completed

In these cases, NipponKits will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution directly.

8. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

9. Lost or Damaged Return Parcels

We recommend using a tracked return service and keeping proof of shipment, as we cannot guarantee receipt of a return that is lost in transit without tracking.
